Job Description:
We are seeking board-certified physician assistant/physician associate (PA) contractors to conduct Telehealth evaluations for our clients. These virtual visits will focus on standard behavioral health collaboration and reviewing client medications during check-ins.
- Responsibilities
:- Conduct virtual visits focusing on overall health and well-being
- Identify potential barriers to care and report findings
- Perform medication and medical history reviews
- Pre-scheduled Telehealth appointments with clients
